Exchange Policy for Return of Sizes
At gods plan, we strive to ensure that you have the best shopping experience. If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, we are here to help! Please review our size exchange policy below:
1. Eligibility for Size Exchange
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Exchanges must be initiated within 10-15 days of receiving your order.
2. Steps to Initiate an Exchange
Open the exchange portal from our website menu or footer and fill in
the required details for exchange. Once sent we will review and reach out
to you asap.
3. Exchange Process
Ship the item back to us using the return label provided or your preferred shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement in your requested size.
If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose a different item or receive a store credit
4. Terms and Conditions
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect size sent).
If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of processing.
5. Non-Eligible Items
Customized, sale, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
If any item is applied for exchange and is out of stock, store credits will be given of the same amount.
NOTE: No refund will be provided only store credits will be given.
